BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM): Focus on aligning all aspects of an organization. A holistic management approach promoting business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology. Business process management attempts to improve processes continuously (a process optimization method). BPM enables organizations to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change than a functionally focused, traditional hierarchical management approach. This service includes development or review of business processes for an organization. Project team 1) analyzes client’s business processes and reports on current status, 2) works with client to design action plan and 3) implements action plan; work is guided by a select Project Manager.

IT/COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST: Analyzes and reports on client’s status; works with client to design action plan; implements action plan; coordinates with a Project Coordinator or a Project Manager. 


PROJECT COLLABORATION: Facilitation and oversight with a client on a developing an idea/project/concept/etc.; will assist client with distinguishing priorities, developing an action plan and identifying potential program/project partners.

PROJECT/PROGRAM COORDINATION: Facilitates scheduling and planning, and maintains constant communication between team members; reports to Project Manager(s).

PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Supervises project top to bottom, including but not limited to planning, scheduling, benchmarking, and overall quality control management.

RESEARCH & PLANNING SERVICES: A multi-phase process of strategy formulation, strategic plan execution, strategic process improvements, communication of strategies with all stakeholders. 


RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: A two step program related to process management, research and planning, resource management analyzes how well your business is performing based on 1) current resource allocation, 2) available resources used and unused, and 3) performance related to over/under allocation. In the first step, business partners collaborate under an assigned Project Manager who drafts an action plan. In step two, a Project Manager is assisted by a Project Coordinator and other team members as required to implement plan.
