Current Projects 
- Pew Charitable Trusts: Pew Bertarelli Ocean Legacy Pacific team manager. Global Ocean Legacy is a partnership of philanthropic leaders who share a vision: to protect the world’s ocean for future generations by creating 15 great parks in the sea—all at least 200,000 square kilometers (75,000 square miles)—by 2022. Working together with Carlotta Leon Guerrero and others bringing science and education outreach to the members of the Association of Pacific Island Legislatures for sound ocean policy development.
- Friends of the Mariana Trench: Re-organizing a grass roots group into a full-fledged non-profit organization with the capability of partnering with the National Wildlife Refuge and other federal partners. Activities include master-planning, strategic planning and capacity development, federal and international relations, fundraising, grant writing, local programs development, public relations, media strategies and web presence development.
- Northern Mariana Sports Association: Organizational housekeeping, proposal and grant writing, strategic planning.
- Northern Marianas Volleyball Association: Re-organizing a grass roots organization into a full-fledged National Federation for the sport of volleyball in the CNMI, including master-planning, strategic planning and capacity development, international relations with FIVB and AVC, fundraising, grant writing, local programs development, public relations, media strategies and web presence development.
- CNMI Public Defenders Office: Organizational management, processes development, grant-writing, and asset management. In 2017, we implemented Prolaw case management software and continue to facilitate tailoring and training for staff.
- Legal Support Services: A wide range of services including case, document, evidence and deposition management, investigation, trial preparations and estate administrator services. (See Completed Projects list below for a full list of attorneys we’ve worked with in the CNMI.)
